To lead and manage the Dealer Sales & Marketing Group (DSMG) team for two-wheeler loan products, driving business growth by building strong relationships with dealers, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance and delivering superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Management:
Build, nurture, and expand relationships with two-wheeler dealers to drive loan disbursements and revenue growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize market penetration and loan portfolio growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the DSMG team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Business Development:
Identify and onboard new dealer partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and credit guidelines.
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and market feedback.
Customer Experience:
Ensure seamless loan processing and resolution of dealer/customer queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
