Role - Technical Program Manager - Full Stack

Work Location - Chennai (5 days a week office is mandatory)

About the Company :

A Japanese Robotics start-up (series - C funded) wants to establish the development center in India. They're hiring for multiple roles.

Job Description :

- Coordination and alignment : Work closely with the product owners and system architects (across solutions built on top of company platform) to ensure right things are built by your group

- Feature Definition : Conduct user research (developers who consume the full stack components via APIs or reusable UI elements, aligning with Product owners to understand the customer requirements), build personas, collate requirements, define acceptance criteria.

- Strategic Planning : Actively contribute to the vision and roadmap of full stack components, ensuring it aligns with both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.

- Backlog Management : Direct the creation and clarity of tasks, prioritize essential activities, validate and accept completed work, all while ensuring a balance between innovation and essential technical refinements.

- Supporting value delivery : Support the team in delivering value by balancing stakeholder perspectives, elaborating stories, and fostering built-in quality

- Feedback Implementation : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively soliciting, receiving, and implementing feedback from all stakeholders

Requirements :

- An advanced degree in computer-science or equivalent development experience

- Demonstrated experience in Full stack development (backend technologies such as FastAPI/Django and front-end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS etc.,)

- Demonstrated experience in running an agile team

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical management/leadership role (Such as Engineering Manager, Engineering leader, Technical Program Manager)
