Job Description:
We need a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead, manage, and motivate our business development team. This role involves devising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the business development team, guiding them in presenting, promoting, and selling our products/services to potential and existing customers.- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, aligning them with company goals and objectives.- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary.- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Business Development or in a similar senior leadership role.- Over 10 years of experience in sales or business development.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
