HR Services Hub Analyst I

Responsibilities
encompass following up on pending tickets and utilizing knowledge management tools to track inquiries within service level agreements. Understanding the scope of services enables appropriate escalation of complex issues. Acting as a point of contact for HR vendors and stakeholders, as well as providing guidance on self-service transactions, are also integral aspects of the role.
• Performing administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and global service delivery is essential. Handling HR transactions such as new hires and terminations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance are key aspects of the role.
• Staying updated on HR policies, guidelines, and processes is crucial. Additionally, assisting with audits and compliance reporting, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with HR Service Hub Leadership for consistency are important responsibilities.
• Collaborating in the implementation of HR programs and policies, engaging in HR projects, and participating in training sessions to enhance awareness among HR personnel are also essential for effective execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in business administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personnel administration.
• Desirable working experience in an SSC (Shared Service Center) environment, including familiarity with Tier level support, escalation, and ticket handling processes.
• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, and surrounding systems environment.
• Familiarity with HR Vendors such as Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and Pension systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools for data building, template uploads, and data review with simple data sizing.
• Solution-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills, team & customer oriented, good listen skills, assertiveness, proactivity, detailed-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
