Role: HR Data Analyst
Outputs / Key Accountabilities:
§ Data Entry and Accuracy: Accurately enter data into HR database/systems, maintain consistent employee information, and ensure full compliance with defined global standards.
§ Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality is rigorously checked and approved before release to the head office. Monitor data records, detect errors, and resolve gaps/issues.Facilitate the administration of the HR management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements.
§ Data Auditing and Monitoring and Transformation: Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Regularly audit HR data for accuracy and compliance, monitor for anomalies, and take corrective actions as needed to maintain data integrity.
§ Collaboration and Metrics: Work with HR teams and head office to identify key metrics and data needs, maintaining accurate all HR data elements.
§ Privacy and Confidentiality: Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards are upheld while handling sensitive HR data and manage data access authorizations according to set global privacy controls.
§ Support and Training: Provide technical guidance and informal training to end-users, handle initial data correction escalations, and support the team to achieve goals and targets.
§ Compliance and Governance: Adhere to all corporate governance, procedures, legal, and statutory requirements while executing tasks according to set procedures and service agreements.
§ Error Resolution: Actively participate in error detection and issue resolution as part of the daily operations of data projects.
§Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to data hygiene and improvement tasks by providing data-gap analysis
Required Competencies:
1.High sense of ethics and confidentiality to safely handle people data
2.Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in People data analysis
3.Familiar with HR management systems and their data structures, including data extraction and data mapping
4.Proficient working in Excel with around 500,000 lines of data
5.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data
6.Ability to work independently under limited supervision, with solid organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7.Strong sense of communication to successfully interact and collaborate with multi-cultural teams.
