This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the shopfitting and retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale retail rollouts, from initial brief to final handover.Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.Budget & Timeline Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability.Quality Assurance: Uphold brand and quality standards across all deliverables, conducting regular site inspections and reviews.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial tracking, and post-project evaluations.Required Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 7–10 years in project management, preferably in shopfitting, retail fit-outs, or related industries.Industry Knowledge: Proven track record managing large-scale rollouts for global brands.Technical Background: Architectural or Interior Design qualification/background is a strong advantage.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and resolve conflicts.Organisational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up) is desirable.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with a results-driven mindsetStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsCultural sensitivity and adaptability for working with global teamsProblem-solving under pressureCommitment to quality and brand integrityWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work with prestigious global retail brandsDynamic, fast-paced environment with international exposureCollaborative culture that values innovation and excellence
