Company Description


Devasmriti is a technology company based in Hyderabad that specializes in collaborating with renowned temple priests to ensure that every ritual and offering adheres to the sacred scriptures. Our goal is to create a platform that allows individuals to participate in live-streamed puja ceremonies from the comfort of their homes.


Role Overview:


As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our digital advertising efforts to optimize customer acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute campaigns that drive measurable results and support our mission.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve fundraising targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on service-based businesses. Experience in the spiritual industry will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in the spiritual industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
