Overview:


The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on managing digital campaigns for GITAM schools.

This role involves developing strategies, executing campaigns, and monitoring performance

in collaboration with various internal stakeholders to drive growth in key metrics such as

CTR, registrations, applications, and admissions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the assigned programs/schools at GITAM Deemed to be University.
  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to ensure alignment with GITAM’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Obtain academic insights from the admissions and academic teams for precise targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Bing, etc.
  • Ensure the creation of engaging and relevant content for the assigned schools/programs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and implement recommendations.


Required Skills


  • Experience: 6+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in managing large-scale campaigns with a budget of 2.00+ crores.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, , Bing, etc.)
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data StudioPay-Per-Click (PPC) Management: Expertise in managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad creation.Bid Management Tools/Keyword planning tools: Expertise in bid management platforms such as Kenshoo, Marin Software, or WordStream for optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns and proficiency in keyword planning tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): Experience in setting up and managing tags, triggers, and variables to track marketing data without modifying the website’s source code.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring high ROI.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creativity: Ability to design impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • A/B Testing: Experience in conducting tests to improve campaign performance.
