Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Research and Development professional in Event Management. The role involves conducting research, developing event concepts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring all events meet high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and applying analytical skills to enhance event planning and execution.

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in event management
  • Making customised concepts and ideations as per clients need
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute new event ideas
  • Good with making presentations and layouts

  • Client Meetings to understand their needs

  • Qualifications

  • Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI tools, Canva
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in event management or a related field is a plus
  • Certification or education in Event Management

Location:
Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Salary Range:
15,000-20,000 per month) (based on performance)
