Payroll Executive HR

Responsibilities:
Only Male candidates preferred for this role.
1.PayrollManagement:
Administer endtoend payroll processes ensuringaccuracy and compliance with company policies and legalregulations.
Timely processing of monthly payroll including salarycalculations deductions andreimbursements.
Collaborate with Finance and other departments toreconcile payroll data and resolvediscrepancies.
2.ESIC and PFCompliance :
Handle the preparation and submission of ESIC and PFchallans within the stipulatedtimelines.
Ensure compliance with ESIC and PF regulationskeeping abreast of changes in legislation and implementingnecessaryadjustments.
Maintain accurate records of employee contributionswithdrawals and transfers related to ESIC andPF.
3.Documentation and RecordKeeping:
Maintain comprehensive and organized records ofpayroll and compliancerelateddocuments.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatoryauthorities asrequired.
Assist in the completion of audits related to payrollandcompliance.
4.Coordination andCommunication:
Collaborate with internal teams including FinanceLegal and HR to ensure seamless information flow related to payrolland compliancematters.
Address employee queries and concerns related topayroll ESIC and PF with professionalism andefficiency.
5.ComplianceReporting:
Generate regular reports on payroll and compliancemetrics for managementreview.
Provide insights and recommendations for processimprovements and costsavinginitiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HumanResources
Proven experience in handling endtoend payroll processes ESIC andPFcompliance.
Proficient in using payroll software and MS Officeapplications.
Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills.
Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
