Hiring for a Stealth Consumer Brand (Jewellery)

We're hiring on behalf of a stealth consumer brand in the ₹7–15k gold/diamond jewellery space.

Backed by a 50+ year global jewellery supplier and an active family office with portfolio exposure to India and Silicon Valley (D2C, fintech, logistics, infra).

Think: deep supply chain advantage, massive design library, Asia-wide operations — now building a modern D2C brand.

You'll own: Day-to-day Shopify ops, PDP standards, launches, analytics hygiene, and base CRM — partnering closely with DISRPTVE's design/dev + performance team.

What you'll do

  • Run Shopify admin: collections, filters, search/merch, redirects.
  • Ship gold-standard PDPs: purity, diamond grade/carat bands, dimensions, size guides, care, certificates/warranty/returns trust blocks.
  • Build/QA launch pages; coordinate inventory readiness with Ops; align send-times with Brand/CRM.
  • Keep data clean: GA4 + pixels against an event map; UTM governance; simple dashboards for weekly reviews.
  • Stand up base CRM (email/WhatsApp): welcome, cart, post-purchase, review-ask, win-back (content with Brand + DISRPTVE).
  • (Optional) Marketplace readiness: content parity and stock/price sync.

What you've done

  • 4–8 years in e-commerce ops or site merchandising for jewelry, watches, accessories, beauty, or premium apparel (D2C/marketplaces).
  • Hands-on with Shopify/Shopify Plus , GA4, Meta/Google pixels, landing pages, catalog ops (bulk uploads, metafields).
  • Detail-obsessed; spreadsheet native; clear written comms.

Nice to have : Klaviyo/WhatsApp (Interakt/Twilio), Judge.me/Okendo, Gorgias/Zendesk, basic HTML/CSS.

Success @90–180 days

  • Clean tracking; on-time launches; CRM flows live; CVR/AOV tracked weekly; PDP standards applied across the catalog.
