Manager - Pre Sales and Delivery

About the Role: We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Delivery Manager to drive sales funnel efficiency, manage project delivery, and enhance customer engagement for our automation and specialty chemical solutions in the pulp & paper industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and deliver actionable insights to improve funnel performance.
Develop and implement sales processes for accurate forecasting and target achievement.
Drive revenue retention, optimization, pricing strategies, and margin management, ensuring overall BU P&L ownership.
Partner with the sales team to identify customers, analyze sales data, and drive monthly sales targets.
Enhance sales productivity by streamlining processes and creating automation tools for efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers through regular visits and engagement.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, timelines, and budgets are met.
Create MIS and dashboards to highlight outcomes, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders.
Evaluate business operations for efficiency, productivity, and profitability; recommend changes to improve performance.
Define and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth and achieving business KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred) or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution delivery, and business management in industrial automation or related industries.
Strong understanding of the pulp & paper industry and specialty chemical applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Experience in managing KPIs, sales forecasting, and P&L ownership.
Proficiency in automation tools (PLC, DCS, SCADA) and data visualization software.
Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement and project execution.
Preferred:
Prior experience in business growth activities and revenue optimization strategies.
