Company Overview:

IdealPrepaid is a leading international metering and utilities company. We are looking to enhance our dynamic Finance and Operations team with an experienced Accounts Executive proficient in Tally Prime, Cloud Tally, advanced Excel, advanced Google Sheets, GST, TDS, AR/AP, and Vendor Reconciliation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and conduct periodic reconciliations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Implement process improvements in Excel to enhance accounting efficiency.
  • Support external audits by interacting with auditors and providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using advanced Excel and Tally Prime.
  • Conduct detailed client/vendor account reconciliations.
  • Handle over 1000 vendor payments, including deductions for vending charges and TDS.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferred: Graduates with 3-4 years of relevant experience; M.Com or B.Com with a strong focus on analytics/data analysis.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening).


Working Conditions:

  • Fixed shift: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Sundays off.
  • Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
