Work Type: Work from Office

Nearest Metro: Electronice City Metro Station - Exit Gate no.-2

Work Days: Monday to Saturday ( Alternate Saturday off)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

CTC: 1.8 LPA to 5 LPA ( Open For Right Candidate )

Qualification: Graduate / Masters (Females preferred)

Job Description:-

Join us in Noida Sec-63 as an End-to-End Recruitment Profile. This role will give you exposure to the full hiring lifecycle with strong learning, growth & incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media & referrals
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial calls/assessments
  • Coordinating & scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: offer negotiation, joining & onboarding
  • Maintaining candidate database/tracking hiring metrics
  • Reporting recruitment status.

Skills Required:-

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Good organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment tools & processes
