**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand job requirements and create job descriptions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR domain
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office and internet research
