Spear Staffing is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Noida office as US IT Recruiters. This full-time position offers a fixed shift schedule, ensuring stability and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for IT roles in the United States.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Use various recruitment methods (e.g., online job boards like DICE, MONSTER) to attract talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in job offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from an IT background
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to meet recruitment targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with IT terminology and industry trends
