Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Managers to lead our Regional Sales and Marketing divisions in India. As key members of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, elevate JOOLA's brand presence, and realize the customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with JOOLA's global vision and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the Indian market, considering competitive landscape and consumer trends.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.


Sales Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and provide the team with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Marketing and Brand Building:

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through compelling content creation and impactful storytelling.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on product launches, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gain support for sales and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Expertise: Progressive expertise in sales and marketing roles, currently in regional leadership role.
  • Education: Combination of Relevant Master’s Degree, MBA, On-the-Job Experience (10-20 years).

  • Leadership, Sales Talent Development, Progress Monitoring and Customer exploration and analytics.
  • Strategy Creator with a data-driven Outcome guarantor.
  • Polyglot with Excellent capability to predict & level themselves to the potential clients and convert interactions to opportunities.
