Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in North Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the daily operations of sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves planning and executing promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the diamond or jewellery industry is advantageous
