Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
• Drive new business development and secure additional clients.
• Execute sales strategies to meet company growth targets.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of products.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with management to prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or business development (preferably in apparel, hosiery, or socks industry).
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
