Role & responsibilities

  • Tenant Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants
  • Understand tenant needs and recommend suitable rental properties
  • Conduct property tours and virtual showings
  • Leasing Process Management:
  • Prepare and process leasing documents and rental agreements
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
  • Property Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of rental properties post-occupancy
  • Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and tenant concerns
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
  • Investor Relations:
  • Communicate with property investors regarding leasing performance and occupancy rates
  • Provide insights and updates on market trends and tenant feedback
  • Assist in identifying investment opportunities and property improvements
  • Site Visits & Development Oversight:
  • Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure readiness for leasing
  • Liaise with builders and project managers to align timelines with leasing goals

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in any disciplineyour passion and attitude matter more than your major.

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with confidence in engaging tenants and investors professionally.
