Manage supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships. Optimize inventory and demand planning to ensure seamless operations. Drive procurement automation and compliance through advanced systems and tools. Prepare performance reports and lead continuous improvement initiatives.What We’re Looking For: Education:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or MBA. Experience:9–10 years in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain compliance. Technical Skills:Strategic sourcing, ERP systems, inventory forecasting, supplier risk management. Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Languages:Excellent English; fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus.Why Join Us?
