As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to design seamless and delightful userexperiences.Key Responsibilities:User Research & Analysis:o Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.o Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and strategies.o Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design efforts.Design & Prototyping:o Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate designconcepts effectively.o Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.o Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.Collaboration & Communication:o Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to defineand refine design requirements.o Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedbackinto the design process.o Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity andalignment.Testing & Optimization:o Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identifyareas for improvement.o Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies toensure designs are innovative and relevant.Qualifications:Education & Experience:o Bachelor’s degree in any stream.o 12 + years of experience in UX design.Skills:o Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, andusability.Please share your resume with below details :Relevant Experience as UX designer :Relevant Experience in Figma :Relevant Experience in User Centered Design principles , interaction design and usability :Relevant experience in Typescript:Knowledge of Firebase :
