**"Looking for a Talented UI/UX Designer - 1-2 Years of Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Cutting-Edge Tools."** In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and user experiences. Additionally, expertise in creating creative posters, brochures, flyers, logos, mobile app screen layouts, and prototypes will be highly valued. Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in running digital campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords will be appreciated. **Key Responsibilities**: - Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a can-do attitude and efficient time management. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts. - Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of web and app logic. - Ensure website functionality and stability across various devices. - Utilize design systems in Figma/Adobe XD to create and design user interfaces. - Troubleshoot UX problems and make necessary adjustments. - Present design concepts to colleagues, executive members, and clients. - Maintain consistency in style, fonts, colors, and images. - Conduct regular user experience research and incorporate feedback to improve designs. - Generate user-friendly and intuitive product ideas. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (computer science is a plus) or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role. - Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for mobile and web platforms. - Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Canva, Photoshop, Figma or Adobe XD. Proficiency in creative design tools like Canva will be considered an advantage.
