To drive viscose fibre sales in India by leveraging deep industry relationships with spinning mills, understanding technical and operational requirements, and executing a targeted growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts especially in the Tamil Nadu spinning mill cluster.
  • Drive adoption of APR viscose fibre through focus on 3S promise – Stable Quality, Service and Supply
  • Build long-term customer relationships with mill owners, purchase managers, and production heads.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends.
  • Coordinate with APR technical service and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to market entry strategy and tactical sales plans.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including mill trials and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of sales, business development, or technical service experience in the spinning industry.
  • Strong network with mill decision-makers in Tamil Nadu.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of delivering sales growth in fibre, yarn, or allied textile products.
  • Familiarity with viscose fibre properties, spinning processes, and quality parameters.
