Greetings from TCSTCS Trichy ,Latur and Patna hiring for Regional Operations Manager Role:Regional Operations Manager Experience required:7 to 10 years Location:-Trichy ,Latur and PatnaMust Have Skills:-Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements. Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front. Exposure in crowd management. Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.Qualifications:-Around 8 to 10 years of experience in Operations/Business Development/Service Delivery, with at least 5 years in field operation handling, by self. Good hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT, Word and Local Area Networking etc.) Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Able to travel 70% 80% of the time Ability to work with cross functional teams Attention to Detail Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours Enthusiastic and pleasant personality Quick Learner Lead from front
