Regional Operations Manager – GKB Hitech Lenses Pvt. Ltd.Location: MumbaiAt GKB Hitech Lenses Pvt. As we scale with advanced technologies, cleanroom manufacturing, and an expanding product portfolio, we are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who can drive end-to-end operational performance — ensuring productivity, product quality, service reliability, and cost efficiency across the region.What You Will LeadDaily operations across plants, labs & service centers — ensuring consistent productivity & safety standardsProduction planning support and order fulfillment — from order intake to final dispatchReal-time visibility and control on inventory, workflow status & delivery performanceStrong coordination with Quality, SCM, Production & Customer Service teamsStandardization of operating procedures and continuous improvement initiativesMonitoring operating costs and driving waste reduction & efficiency improvementPeople leadership — capability development, performance governance & team engagementRisk and issue management to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance readinessJOB OBJECTIVESTo own and drive end to end operations within the assigned region, ensuring delivery excellence, operational discipline and cost efficiency. The role provides hands on leadership and execution oversight across plants, labs and service locations.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESOperations OversightLead day to day operations across labs, plants, and service centre’s in the assigned areas.Ensure operational consistency, service reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive on ground corrective actions.Ensure seamless coordination across functions, Production, Quality, Dispatch etc. for end to end delivery fulfilment.Supply Chain & Dispatch CoordinationOversee complete order fulfilment cycle within the region from order processing to final dispatch and delivery confirmation.Maintain real time tracking of material flow, stock visibility and dispatch performance.Coordinate with logistics partners and central SCM to ensure on time and accurate deliveries.Ensure operational readiness during surges , expansions and new product launches.Labs & Quality OversightSupervise regional lab operations ensuring adherence to testing protocols, accuracy standards and turnaround timelines.Partner with lab leads and central quality teams to ensure uniformity of standards and data integrity.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and process reliability.Financial OversightMonitor regional operating costs and implement initiatives for cost efficiency and waste reduction.Support timely collections and
