The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem, and proven expertise in managing distributed teams and end-to-end regional operations.About the Role As the Regional Business Head, you will be responsible forthe complete P&L ownership, operational excellence, and business scalabilitywithin your assigned geography. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on operational management to deliver high service quality and sustainable growth in afast-paced e-commerce environment .Key Responsibilities Overseeend-to-end operationsacross the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Take full ownership of theP&Land financial health of the region. Plan and executebusiness expansion , scaling strategies, and manpower budgeting. Lead strategic initiatives forbusiness diversification and market penetration . Increasebrand visibility and market sharewithin the region through innovative operational and marketing strategies. Manage and inspire a large workforce of5000+ employees , including blue- and white-collar staff. Build and nurture ahigh-performance culturethrough training, performance monitoring, and team development. Ensure operational metrics such ason-time delivery, fill rate, and inventory accuracyare consistently met. Maintainoptimal inventory levelswithin warehouses to achieve maximum order fulfillment. Uphold high standards ofcustomer satisfaction , addressing service-related issues promptly.Who We’re Looking For 12–18 years of progressive experienceinbusiness operations, regional leadership, or general managementwithin the Indian market. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in arelevant discipline(MBA preferred). Proven success inlaunching, scaling, and managinglarge business operations. Strong background inpeople management , handling large and diverse teams. Experience inprocess design, implementation, and optimization . In-depth understanding of thee-commerce, retail industry and FMCG. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge oflocal labor lawsand compliance frameworks.Location:Hyderabad Employment Type:Full-Time
