We have opening for Senior Manager / Vice President for Regulatory Compliance with Leading Digital Payment Bank.


Location - Mumbai


Job Role -

Experience & knowledge into Risk Based Supervision (RBS),RBI Inspection, RBI Reporting, Compliance Testing, Tranche 1 & Tranche 3.


To manage the day-to-day regulatory compliance of RBI, PMLA, UIDAI, NPCI, CKYC, etc., which entails

(a) informing the relevant stakeholders of guidelines, updating the tracker, and monitoring and closing on guidelines compliance

(b) promptly notifying stakeholders of various correspondences and responding to the regulator following a quality and integrity check

(c) Providing the different executive and board-led committees with an updated compliance status

(d) managing compliance testing from start to finish, including preparation, testing, creating test results, and monitoring adherence to the findings

(e) managing the Bank's RBS from start to finish


2. To manage cross-functional issues like

(a) assessing a product proposal from a compliance standpoint

(b) assessing contracts with suppliers and business associates in light of compliance requirements

(c) manage the department's internal audit;

(d) close reports on schedule; and

(e) coordinate with other departments regarding the RBS audit, distribution of observations, adherence to the observations, and prompt response.


3. Dashboard management

(a) monitoring action taken reports from different boards, board-led committees, and management committees

(b) pending actionable with regard to guidelines

(c) awaiting queue times to ensure that testing observations are followed


4. (a) To create presentations and notes for the compliance department's management committee, board-led committees, and other boards, as well as for the CCO's functions.

(b) Verify that the topics discussed during the management committee meeting are reflected in both the draft and final minutes.

(c) Work with the CS team to ensure that notes, presentations, and final minutes are submitted on schedule, along with any applicable ATR.
