Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies
  • Ensure office premises, assets, and utilities are well-maintained
  • Maintain proper records of company assets, staff attendance, and movement registers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain a log
  • Prepare and manage office documents, reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Support HR and finance departments in document collection, filing, and logistics coordination
  • Manage petty cash and expense records as per company policy

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
