Administration Officer

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to manage a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall productivity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain and organize accurate records of transactions, including purchase orders, sales records, and financial documents.
2. Invoice Preparation and Processing:
- Prepare invoices and ensure they are accurately generated and sent to clients.
4. Document Preparation and Review:
- Draft and prepare business documents, such as agreements, reports, and official letters.
- Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other reports as required by management.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of regular administrative and financial reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
