Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cisco Certified Network Engineer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing complex network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Cisco switching technologies and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network solutions in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:Design, deploy, and manage advanced network solutions using Cisco switches and related technologies.Plan and execute network expansions, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.

Configuration and Optimization:Configure and optimize Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices to ensure high performance and availability.Implement and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other advanced switching protocols.

Troubleshooting and Support:Lead the troubleshooting of complex network issues, providing swift resolutions to minimize downtime.Serve as a key escalation point for critical network incidents and outages.

Security and Compliance:Implement network security policies and practices, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion prevention.Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for network security and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher (e.g., CCIE) is required.

Experience:8-10 years of professional experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco switching technologies.

Technical Proficiency:Expert knowledge of Cisco switches

Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
