Reports to: Marketing Director or Senior Management
Job Summary:
A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. They oversee digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Channel Management: Oversee and optimize digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
3. Content Creation: Develop and distribute high-quality, engaging content across digital channels.
4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
7. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
8. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, channel management, and campaign execution.
3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Tools and Technologies:
1. Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
2. Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar tools.
3. Email Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
4. Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
5. Content Management Systems: WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
