Role Summary: Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to implement and optimize campaigns across digital platforms, using data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, , Instagram, and more.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-performing content that aligns with SEO best practices and drives traffic and engagement.
- SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search rankings, driving qualified traffic to our website and landing pages.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring actionable insights are provided to improve future campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead-generation campaigns through digital platforms to drive conversions and support the sales pipeline.
- Social Media Strategy: Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including organic and paid initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Paid Advertising: Optimize paid media campaigns to improve ROI, reach new audiences, and drive business goals.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure we remain ahead of the competition.
Other Attributes:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Experience managing social media platforms with a deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Strong ability to conceptualize, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and content quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
