Customer Success Manager

A typical day might include the following:Onboarding new customers and thoroughly explaining all product features with convictionAccepting the SaaS wishlist from customers with all the necessary informationProvide timely updates on procurements to our customers and walk them through their approval workflowCoordinating with our buyers to fulfil requirements on timeConduct monthly reviews with our customer champion to communicate the value delivered by Spendflo and help them sunset unused subscriptionsUpsell & cross-sell Spendflo products and servicesTake accountability for all CS metrics such as NRR, LTV, etc.Generate referrals from existing customersDrive product adoption and provide valuable insights to continuously improve our product & serviceObtain feedback from customers and work with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues

Americas region, so you must be willing to do US-shift (PST timings).
Prior Experience managing the region/ US customers will be a plus. The role will be based out of India.
