
Google Ads Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, lower CPC, and improved conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor strategies.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Track conversions, set up pixels, and ensure accurate attribution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–3+ years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
