Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, lower CPC, and improved conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Track conversions, set up pixels, and ensure accurate attribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
