We have an immediate job opportunity for you as a Corporate Accounting – Senior Lead Accountant _ Hyderabad.


Position: Corporate Accounting – Senior Lead Accountant

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

Scope and responsibilities


Responsibilities of the Corporate Accounting Senior Lead Accounting will be to provide certain operational and procedural support within the Corporate Accounting department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for monitoring and posting day-to-day cash postings.
  • Perform bank account reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial accounting including accounts payable, G&A expense, and general ledger account analysis.
  • Prepare and post payroll journal entries and monthly fund billings.
  • Review of monthly and quarterly payroll reconciliations
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation for assigned accounts including compensation and benefit related.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as required for monthly management reporting; and,
  • Perform certain key internal control processes.

Experience required

  • 8+ years of accounting experience;
  • Team handling experience - Lead, coach and mentor team members
  • Review team members work on an ongoing basis
  • Strong reconciliation and analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ensures compliance with corporate financial standards and internal control requirements Personal attributes
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;
  • Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner with the members of the global staff
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints; and,
  • Ability to take the lead on various projects and communicate on follow-up items and progress for completion as scope of work expands, if necessary.


Education


A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
