Recruiting and building a highperformingdistribution network to Financial Consultants(FCs)

  • Training motivating and driving thesecertified financial consultants (agents) to sellinsurance
  • Meetingprospective customers with FCs to sell insurancesolutions
  • Providingpreand postsales support
  • Ensuring quality of business and persistency
  • Enabling FCs to usethe latest digital platforms
