Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for onboarding new corporates for running corporate personal loan programmes best fit to the industry and organization.
  • Responsible for Lead generation through personal visits & presentations.
  • To Monitor leads, to make follow ups and to share proposals to onboarded clients.
  • To coordinate with branches and other functions within the organization to generate more corporate prospects and to bring closure of all qualified leads.
  • To coordinate with the Credit & Operations team for smooth processing / disbursement of Cases logged in.
  • To organize camps/events in corporate and creating cross sell opportunities for other products of Ratnaafin product bouquet.
  • Ensuring regular visits at existing corporate to strengthen relationships.



Job Requirements:

  • A graduate/P.G in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Experience in Corporate Personal Loan/Corporate Salary/Corporate Credit Cards will be preferred.
