With growing recognition for our progressive pedagogy and leadership-oriented learning, GBPS continues to build strong partnerships between parents, teachers, and students shaping young minds ready to thrive in life and leadership.Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site, 5 days/week)Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA + performance-based annual bonus up to ₹1.2 LPARole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role (5 days/week) for a Social Media & Branding Associate at our Mohali campus.We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and high-performing individual to join our core branding and communications team.This is not a routine social-media job, it’s a fast-paced, high-growth opportunity where you’ll work directly with the school’s leadership on branding, admissions, and communication strategy,Key Responsibilities- Drive admissions communication and outreach — build strong relationships with parents, students, and partners while managing lead tracking for both day-school and hostel (NDA-focused) programs.- Manage and grow the school’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook through compelling storytelling, community engagement, and consistent brand voice.- Represent the school in meetings and public interactions — coordinate with parents, educators, and external partners, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and warmth in every interaction.- Manage PR & media relations, including local newspaper coverage, press releases, and event features to strengthen GBPS’s reputation as a values-driven modern school.- Oversee photography, videography, and reels to visually capture school life, achievements, and events in alignment with the brand tone.- Coordinate website updates and ensure content alignment with ongoing campaigns, admissions drives, and media coverage.- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, analytics tools) for smarter design, content creation, and workflow efficiency.- Maintain referral and commission records for teachers, partner institutions, and coaching collaborators.Qualifications- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be articulate, confident, and able to represent the school with warmth and professionalism.- Strong interpersonal skills – a people’s person who builds trust and rapport easily with parents, teachers, and partners.- Proficiency in social media management and storytelling – hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook brand building.- Creative thinker with an eye for design and brand consistency.- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven setup.- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, analytics) is a strong plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.- Must be on-site (Mohali), available full-time (5 days/week).What You'll Gain- Direct mentorship under the school’s leadership team on branding, PR, and admissions strategy.- Opportunities to shape how parents and students perceive modern education through creative storytelling and design.- Hands-on experience in managing both digital and on-ground branding for one of the region’s most values-driven schools.- Cross-functional exposure to marketing, events, operations, and strategic communication.- A performance-led, trust-based environment that rewards ownership, creativity, and growth.
