About the Role
The Head Franchise Sales will be responsible for expanding, developing, and managing the company's franchise network for TMT steel products. This role involves identifying potentially franchise partners, driving sales through the franchise channel, ensuring brand consistency, and achieving market penetration targets. The position demands strong leadership, dealer relationship management, and strategic market development expertise in the steel/TMT segment.
Responsibilities
- Franchise Network Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new franchise partners in strategic markets.
- Develop a structured franchise acquisition plan to achieve business growth objectives.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales performance through the franchise network to meet volume and revenue targets.
- Develop market-specific sales strategies for different geographies.
- Introduce schemes, promotions, and incentive programs to boost sales through franchises.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring mutual growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Ensure franchise partners adhere to pricing, branding, and operational guidelines.
Brand & Market Development
Ensure franchise outlets maintain brand visibility and follow marketing guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to roll out campaigns, events, and dealer engagement activities.
- Track competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
Operational Excellence
Develop SOPs for franchise operations covering sales, service, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely supply and availability of TMT bars to franchise outlets.
- Monitor credit limits, payment cycles, and financial discipline within the franchise network.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and guide the regional franchise sales team to achieve KPIs.
- Train team members and franchise partners in sales techniques, product knowledge, and business management.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
