Academic Director Role

We are seeking a senior academic leader to head our business education program in Pune.

At Let's Enterprise, we redefine business education with India's first working BBA degree, integrating experiential learning with real-world application.

The Academic Director will lead the development of our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with experiential learning methodologies and remains intellectually rigorous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development and Academic Strategy:
    • Design and structure the curriculum to align with experiential learning methodologies.
    • Develop and curate content, case studies, and learning modules to ensure intellectual depth and industry relevance.
    • Establish assessment methodologies that measure applied knowledge and competence rather than rote memorization.
  • Program Execution and Innovation:
    • Work with the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) to implement academic innovations effectively.
    • Ensure seamless integration of academic content with real-world learning experiences.
    • Work with facilitators and mentors in maintaining consistency, quality, and academic standards.
  • Program Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather and analyze program data to assess effectiveness and refine learning approaches.
    • Work with Program Director on strategies to improve student outcomes.
    • Own and maintain program documentation, ensuring alignment across all academic components.
Candidate Profile:

This role requires strong intellectual rigor, structured thinking, and execution capability.

  • Strategic Framing: Ability to envision long-term learning outcomes and structure educational pathways effectively.

  • Influence and Communication: Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively, and maintain high academic standards.
Qualifications and Experience:

We seek a candidate with:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in curriculum design, academic program management, or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education, alternative learning models, or industry-focused training programs.
  • Strong background in designing assessments, learning methodologies, and applied education frameworks.
  • A good understanding of management subjects and entrepreneurial mindset.
Role Details:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.
