Job Title: Sales Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client records
  • Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking systems
  • A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
  • Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome
