Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and assisting with sales strategies. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with the logistics team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the electronics industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, formatting).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media).
  • Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus.
