Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling our cutting-edge marketing solutions to builders and developers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector (builders, developers, property consultants).

· Understand client requirements, present company services, and deliver tailored solutions to meet business needs.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.

Salary is negotiable and incentives based on performance.

Real estate experience is an add advantage
