As the IMG IT L&D and Digital Intelligence lead, you will work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver next generation technology capabilities to our IMG team that will help drive Ford into the EV & AI era.

The key roles and responsibilities are:

Build and Support Technical and Non-Technical capabilities of IMG IT Team by partnering with the IMG IT Comms/Transformation Lead to plan and deliver the IMG IT Training program including governance of IMG IT learning reps and engaging internal and external partners to support PDD. Understanding and communicating exceptional employee experiences, Digital Worker & Collaboration tools. Partner with Learning Reps to plan and support delivery of Collaboration & Productivity tools training. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and how they impact the automotive industry.  Understand the needs of the IMG workforce with respect to the existing and emerging technologies required to get their jobs done. Partner with L&D to plan and deliver training to IMG teams to increase their technical awareness and capabilities to support future technology trends. Conducting/organizing research and technology benchmarking, when required. Drive IMG Play to Win Strategy change management activities including running Innovation contests.

Additionally, as part of their leadership development, the individual will:

Embrace Ford OS behaviors. Collaborate with the Global IT L&D community to build engagement and learning opportunities. Engage with Business Skill team leaders to align technology skill requirements with training offerings. Utilize design thinking for identifying innovative solutions .
  Strong communications skills, effectively engaging at a technical and non-technical level to different leadership levels within IT and business locally, regionally, and globally. Have a practical knowledge and experience with IT global processes (Global IT Services, PDO, Delivery Services, Asset Management, Infrastructure and Facilities, Applications). Strong adoption of Ford OS behaviours. Self-starter, can do attitude and willingness to adjust hours to connect with global & regional network. Proven ability to embrace change, build networks, share ideas, consult and enhance collaboration. Drive and capability to develop and share knowledge of new and emerging technologies. Ability to effectively engage at both technical and non-technical levels within IT and business, locally and globally. 6 plus years of experience.
