We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Specialist who can engage with prospective parents, understand their needs, confidently handle objections, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This role requires proactive communication, ownership of sales targets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads (parents) via phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our STEM courses.
  • Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and competition.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 - 7 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in selling programs priced 10,000- 50,000 is desirable.
