We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of business loans and unsecured loans, building long-term client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Generate new business opportunities for business loans and unsecured loans through direct sales, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

  3. Understand client requirements, assess financial eligibility, and offer suitable loan products tailored to their needs.
  4. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

  5. Client Relationship Management

  6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

  7. Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on loan offerings, repayment terms, and financial planning.
  8. Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth disbursement of loans and addressing customer queries.

  9. Market Research & Lead Generation

  10. Identify potential customers through market mapping, industry research, and local intelligence.

  11. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and convert leads into successful loan closures.
  12. Stay updated on competitors' offerings, interest rates, and market trends to effectively position our products.

  13. Process & Compliance

  14. Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.

  15. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  16. Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and MIS as per company standards.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge and interest in Business Loan Sales and Unsecured Loan Sales.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local languages.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial documents, creditworthiness assessment, and loan processing will be an added advantage.
Eligibility & Experience
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–6 years of experience in sales, financial services, or lending. Freshers with strong sales aptitude and interest in financial products are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or FinTech companies in business loan or unsecured loan sales will be preferred but not mandatory.
