We work with clients across industries to deliver innovative and effective digital marketing solutions that drive results. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Account Manager to join our client servicing team.
Position Summary:
The Group Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, leading a team of account managers/executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns and digital deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agencies, excellent client management skills, and a track record of driving results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for few Grade A clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Should report to Head of Operations
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive results.
Lead a team of account managers/executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, development, SEO, social media, PPC and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Prepare and present client reports and presentations, highlighting campaign performance and ROI.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Plan for an in person meetings with client to ensure on quality output
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients.
Upselling the services to existing clients
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency as a Group Account Manager, with a focus on performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Experience working in an agency ONLY is preferred.
