We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Account Manager to join our client servicing team.

Position Summary:

The Group Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, leading a team of account managers/executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns and digital deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 'digital marketing agencies', excellent client management skills, and a track record of driving results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for few Grade A clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Should report to Head of Operations
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive results.
  • Lead a team of account managers/executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, development, SEO, social media, PPC and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present client reports and presentations, highlighting campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan for an in person meetings with client to ensure on quality output
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Upselling the services to existing clients

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency as an Account Manager, or 3 years of experience as a Group Account Manager with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
